How to make a delicious & healthy post work-out smoothie

Pour milk into your blender.

Add banana and strawberries to blender.

Add your yogurt to the blender. I prefer Cabot's.

Pour in your ice cubes.

Then add the recommended amount of protein to your blender. There are thousands of protein powders out there. Be sure to use the formula that best suits your goals.

Blend it all up until you get a smooth texture.

Serve it up and enjoy!
