Mixed sugar, egg, butter and lemon extract in separate bowl until creamy and mix all other dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mixed them altogether (dry and wet ingredients) until texture is creamy .

Bake cup cakes in 220degrees for 15-20mins
Bake in oven at 220 degrees
