How to cook beetroot poriyal

Crush the garlic

Add small onions and crush it again

Peel the skin of beetroot and cut it

Curry leaves for flavour

Dry red chilli powder for hot

Crushed small onions and garlic

Mustard

Salt

Turmeric powder

Heat the pan and pour oil

Add mustard and wait until it hear the cracking sound

Add crushed onion and garlic on it

Add dal

Wait for golden color

Add crushed dried red chilli and curry leaves

Sauté well

Turmeric and Salt

Looks cool? Mixing it well

Mixed well

Pour water

Cook in simmer for 10 to 15 min

Water should absorb well.

Not ready.. Still water needs to absorb
